This role involves providing critical support to the Property Manager and the operations team, ensuring smooth and efficient property management operations. If you are a proactive professional eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGPrepare and verify rent rolls, for this it is important there is an involvement in the CPI increases of the month and can assist following up on the CPI increase approvalsPrepare Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) for the month based on rent roll, invoices pending for payment, security deposits, etc.Prepare tenant charge backs of electrical bills and extra cleaning in a timely manner, requesting PO’s from the tenants if neededMake Purchase orders and send to vendorsOversee accounts payable and receivableAssisting the accounts payable and accounts receivable areas ensuring timely payments and collectionsSend the rent notices as required and at the end of the year, send the bills for operation expenses and taxes every year to the tenantsPrepare the expense and hydro accruals for the monthAssist with contract preparationGather the information needed to add new vendors in the system and make sure the vendors are entered in the system as requiredSend tenant communications.
