JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our customer development (CD)team, reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer in Canada. This role is based in Toronto and requires a highly organized and proactive individual to support our executive team and our CD team.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Customer Officer and the CD directors

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the Customer Development Leadership Team

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

  • Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned

  • Purchase order creation and issue resolution

  • Budget Tracking

  • Conduct Unilever office orientation for all new CD employees

  • Act as a member of the Bloor office safety committee

  • Support organization and execution of annual CD meeting and corporate growth summit

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

    Experiences & Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English (French would be a plus)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong ability to foster relationships internally and with external partners

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Proficient in Micrsoft Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
