Our client in Langford, BC, is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to assist their team from mid-March to mid-May. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule of approximately two days per week (Monday and Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with flexibility for shorter days if preferred), followed by full-time coverage for a few weeks in May.This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a professional office setting, supporting a dynamic team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, client interactions, phone management, document scanning, and data entry.
