– 2-week temporary contract
– 100% on-site, located in Longueuil’s industrial district
– Fixed daytime schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
– Salary: $25.70Responsibilities
– Mail and internal logistics support
– Coordinate mailroom activities: daily pickup from Agropur and distribution to our internal mailroom
– Prepare and send out packages via Purolator
– Manage coffee service (replenishment, internal orders, ensure machine is functioning properly)
– Monitor facilities and report any building-related issues
– Reception and basic administrative tasks
– Greet visitors and provide a professional, welcoming experience
– Answer incoming calls when needed
– Assist the team with various administrative tasksQualifications
– Completed high school diploma
– 1 year of experience in an administrative, reception, or operational support role
– Excellent communication skills in both French and EnglishSummary
