Job description
The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be integral in building the Canadian affiliate program. This role is focused on recruiting and onboarding creators and influencers on affiliate platforms like to drive high-interest traffic and revenue.What you’ll do:– Identify and establish partnerships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, and relevant projects to enhance the company’s presence in the local market and drive user acquisition and trading volume growth.
– Maintain strong, long-term relationships with marketing partners to ensure sustainable collaboration.
– Oversee the implementation and performance of marketing initiatives; track, analyze, and optimize results to maximize ROI and channel efficiency.
– Develop and refine affiliate strategies for sustained, profitable engagement across channels, with performance measured by traffic and revenue targets.
– Collaborate closely with brand, marketing, and product teams to ensure affiliate activities align with broader brand initiatives and campaign goals.
– Stay up to date with local industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics, and take appropriate actions accordingly.What you’ll need:– Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
– 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
– Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
– Deep understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing within the industry.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficient in reporting and presentation skills, with an emphasis on clear communication of KPIs and campaign insights.
