Job Description

AECOM Canada is seeking an Airport Organization Interface Manager (ORAT) to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.

Major Responsibilities:

• Delivers specialized project management expertise to support the coordination of organizational interfaces and requirements.

• Collaborates with airport departments to manage the impact of the Program while ensuring departmental needs are met.

• Engages with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate consultations and secure necessary approvals.

• Works closely with the broader program team to coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvals as needed.

• Prepares and presents updates and reports to effectively communicate interface risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

In order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess, at a very minimum:

• No less than a University Degree + 8 years of relevant experience in project / program management, including on large airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.

Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.

Preferred Requirements:

• Relevant professional designation are considered an asset.

• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project or program management.

• At least 5 years of experience working on large airport projects or comparable infrastructure programs.

• Proven expertise in project management and/or relevant technical disciplines for delivering complex projects.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in successfully executing complex infrastructure projects and programs.

• Strong technical proficiency across all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance, preferably within large aviation programs or projects.

• Extensive experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing reports to support effective decision-making.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with diverse groups.

Additional Information

This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $123,000.00 – $205,000.00.
