Do you have experience primarily accountable for the ongoing day to day evaluation, accounting and monitoring of the Private Investments portfolio; primarily focusing on Real Assets and Private Equity investments? If so we have the role for you!
This is a 12 month contract with a strong potential of extension

Provide quality support & project coordination to successfully complete the onboarding of new products and/or activities while adhering to established governance & operating standards​
Interact with various investment professionals, technologists, legal & tax experts as well as superior time-management skills while adopting lean/agile methodologies
Maintain and/or develop project plans & kanban boards as well as ensuring all related tasks/issues are documented & assigned for resolution, where needed.​
Maintain and/or enhance a suite of reporting for senior management & key stakeholders that drives analysis & decision-making related to the team’s activities.​
Provide daily support to the trade capture and enrichment process, addressing and resolving inquiries from the various internal teams, brokers, and trade counterparties​
Provide quality support for the matching, confirmation and settlement of listed transactions, and Securities Borrow/Lend transactions​
Work with counterparties and internal teams to address and resolve breaks and disputes within prescribed timelines.​
Contribute to the development of a robust and controlled operating model and provide support to new functions as the team grows
Prepare or review monthly NAV calculations and analyze the differences between estimate and final values, as well as market values and PnL changes
Provide ongoing operational support for investments which include capital calls and distributions
Assist in providing data for financial statements, note disclosures and management reports and ensure accuracy and completeness, as well as providing valuable insights and commentary
Record transactions in the accounting books and records and resolve any discrepancies as required with our business partners
Ensure timely completion and accuracy of transaction and holdings reconciliationsQualifications
Education/Work Experience
 Undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or other related discipline and
interested in pursuing a professional designation (CFA or CPA)
 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
Technical Skills
 Strong analytical, financial and management accounting skills will be necessary to perform this
role
 Advanced Excel skills and comfortable learning new systems
 Demonstrable ability to use data analytics tools such as Tableau and/or Excel to transform raw
data into metrics or scorecards – nice to have
 Experience with any of the following: Bloomberg, Simcorp, CTM, CLS, GTSS, DTC MS Excel,
Simcorp, UDAs, Traiana – nice to have
Other Skills
 Self-motivated, quick learners with proven ability to structure communications and superior time
management skills
 Demonstrable understanding and/or experience in trade lifecycle management, or trade capture
and enrichment, or trade settlement within an Operations/Middle Office teamSummary
