We are seeking an experienced Android Engineer to join our team and help build scalable, intuitive, and performant mobile experiences for our growing base of investors. As an Android Engineer, you’ll be responsible for developing and enhancing our Android app to deliver seamless and delightful user experiences in the financial domain.Android EngineerUSD 70-80/hr ( DOE)What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android development frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and backend engineering, to define and deliver new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to best practices in mobile development.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience.
• Debug, profile, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the stability and quality of the app.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure high-quality standards across the team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Android development.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with Kotlin and Android SDKs.
• Familiarity with modern Android architectures like MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack components (e.g., Compose, Navigation, LiveData, Room, Hilt).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization on mobile devices.
• Knowledge of design patterns, UI/UX principles, and Material Design guidelines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and test-driven development (TDD) practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
