The applicant must be an active researcher in extended reality (XR), with a demonstrated record of scholarly contributions on the design, evaluation, and application of immersive technologies in social and educational contexts. Their work must include peer-reviewed research in topics such as socially scalable virtual reality and inclusive virtual learning environments.Applicants must also have experience teaching undergraduate or graduate-level courses. Preference will be given to candidates who have taught courses in immersive media, human-computer interaction, or digital experience design.Additional Information and/or Comments: course is cross listed – DTI6300BAn acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
