Students will work individually and/or within groups, under academic and professional supervision, on specific legal and practical issues relating to ticket defence. Students will be able to apply and improve substantive legal knowledge and practical legal skills. An LL.B., J.D., or equivalent is required for this position. Active membership in good standing in the Law Society of Ontario and Law pro insurance is also required. The successful candidate will have significant practical experience related to ticket defence.
