Design the process of healthcare information system (HCIS) acquisition, development, implementation, and support. Discuss critical aspects of healthcare delivery workflows and understand how an Intelligent HCIS changes the workflows—and how to manage that change. Understand major algorithms for healthcare applications and IT components in representative clinical processes. Discuss various data processing techniques on healthcare data sets and engage in data analysis and visualization to create an Intelligent Clinical Decision Support System.
