You will examine the challenges of management in the global economy by conducting a major consulting project for your client for Malaysia. You will execute on the model and what you have learned the first part of the process in ADX 6267 to help you make the most appropriate recommendation to your client. Candidates typically develop market entry strategies, channel development strategies or strategic alliances for the organizations they represent abroad.
