Applicants must have three to five years industry experience demonstrating mastery of current practice and theory in all aspects of user research as it relates to UX design. Expert knowledge of user behavior theories and common user research methods, including tools and techniques for research, evaluation and testing. Applicants must have significant experience managing and mentoring multi-disciplinary user research projects involving individuals with diverse backgrounds (technology, psychology, creative arts, management).Additional Information and/or Comments:An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
