Salary: 22.00/hr.
Our client, a manufacturer in the Mississauga area, is looking for assemblers to join their day and afternoon shift on a Temporary to permanent basis. If you have strong knowledge in interpreting blueprints, machine operation and using hand tools, this role could be for you.
What our client offers:
- 22.00/hr. (afternoon shift premium)
- Day Shift – Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm
- Afternoon Shift – Monday to Friday 2:45pm to 11:15pm
- Potential for permanent opportunities – based on performance and company requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and assembly instructions to assemble parts
- Use hand tools to finish and assemble parts
- Performance maintenance and setting up of machines for projects/works orders
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with the machinery
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of machine assembly experience is a must
- Able to sit and stand for long periods
- Lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprint and schematics
- Proficient using hand tools
- Must have own transportation to get to the work location
