The Opportunity: Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor, Indigenous Scholar

The Departments of Physical Therapy and Respiratory Therapy in the College of Rehabilitation Sciences, Rady Faculty of Health Sciences (RFHS) at the University of Manitoba are seeking applications from individuals to fill two Faculty Association full-time tenure-track appointments at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Professor, Indigenous Scholar.

A successful candidate who is close to completion of their PhD may be appointed to a term position at the rank of Lecturer until successful completion of their degree, at which time they will convert to a probationary (tenure-track) appointment as an Assistant Professor.

The successful candidate will bring a strong foundation of lived experience, teaching and curriculum expertise and community engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep commitment to Indigenous education, research and relationship-building, and will contribute meaningfully to the advancement of Indigenous perspectives within their respective department, the College of Rehabilitation Sciences, and the broader university community.
