The JPMorgan Chase legal Department is responsible for providing legal services to the Corporation and is organized by practice groups that align with the Corporation’s lines of business and corporate staff areas. This structure encourages legal teams, businesses and staff areas to discuss legal, regulatory and business developments effectively and in a timely manner.
A part of the Commercial & Investment Bank, J.P. Morgan Payments enables organizations of all sizes to execute transactions efficiently and securely, transforming the movement of information, money and assets. Merchant Services is a line of business within JPMorgan’s Payments business, and is a global merchant acquirer that provides payment processing services (authorizations, conveyance and settlement of transactions involving credit and debit cards, electronic checks and other payment methods).
We are currently searching for an Assistant General Counsel to support the Canadian Payments business, including Merchant Services. The position will be located in Toronto, Ontario.
