If you are passionate about people then this role is just for you!WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Key HR contact for all employees.
  • Own delivery and administration of all HR transactions and documents and ensure quality of data.
  • Support managers on Performance Management.
  • Manage discipline and investigation process ensuring proper documentation.
  • Manage grievance process and ensure proper documentation.
  • Seek continuous improvement of current processes for increased efficiencies through digital solutions.
  • Monitor employee climate and ensure actions are taken.
  • Maintain, coordinate, monitor and report HR trends and issues.
  • Administer the CBA effectively and fairly amongst all members.
  • New Hire Orientation ownership and execution.
  • Manage the Leave of Absence / Return to Work process to be aligned with local laws.
  • Factory lead of interns program.
  • Provide soft skills trainings to employees as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEEDExperiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR or related field
  • Solid experience in HR operations with a minimum of 3 years, preferably in a manufacturing environment, ideally Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality with employee information.
  • Previous Union experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to work off shifts as needed and have a schedule that provides support to night shift employees.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of internal/external contacts is required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
