The legal Department serves our collective by providing balanced legal and strategic advice. We educate and collaborate in a fun and unique way, offering creative solutions to secure the future of our organization. Associate Counsel will report to the Director, Legal.

As Associate Counsel, you’ll play a key role in managing and resolving disputes across a broad spectrum of legal matters. This role is ideal for a litigator with strong analytical skills and a pragmatic mindset, who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You’ll be responsible for:

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $102,800 – $134,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
