Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Associate Project Manager with expertise in the retail domain to assist in project coordination and ensure smooth execution. Familiarity with release management is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination Support:
o Support Program Manager and Scrum Manager in tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
o Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-ups.
o Assist program managers to track and monitor project budgets, ensuring forecasted expenses align with approved allocations.
Retail Expertise:
o Coordinate retail-specific initiatives (POS systems, e-commerce, inventory).
o Support workflow analysis and process improvements.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of experience in retail-focused project coordination.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet or equivalent.
Knowledge of retail systems and workflows.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Experience coordinating release oriented tasks in support of larger programs null
