Position Summary

Kiewit is looking for B-Pressure Welders (by-hand only) at the Strathcona Refinery Renewable Diesel Expansion (SHRED) Project located in Edmonton, AB.

Requirements

• Valid B-Pressure ticket

• 5 years’ experience with stainless TIG welding

• 5 years’ experience in industrial construction

Shift Information

• Dayshift/Nightshift

• Monday to Thursday 10-hours; Friday 8-hours

• Must be willing to work additional overtime/weekends if required

Additional Information

• CLAC weld testing: F3F4, F6F5, F6F5 6″ & F6 GTAW

• Upon an offer, all candidates must be able to pass a Drug, Alcohol, Mask-Fit, and 50lb Fit to work test

• H2S Aware ticket – site wide clean shave policy

• Fall Protection and MEWP tickets required

Project Information

Canada’s largest renewable diesel complex at its Strathcona refinery near Edmonton, AB. This new complex is expected to produce more than 1 billion liters per year of renewable diesel from locally sourced feedstocks.
