Do you have experience as a Background Screening Analyst? Do you have experience in the Banking industry? The Screening Analyst Analyst is responsible for completing moderate to complex research and analysis of account activity to assess levels of risk and fraud type, making a fraud determination, completing all required investigative reports, and taking appropriate action to resolve fraud related inquiries in a multi-faceted, fast paced and dynamic environment, while ensuring the security of the customer’s accounts.Work Schedule: 37.5 Hours/week, 9-5 Monday to Friday some flexibility they can start as early as 7:30 or as late as 9:30AMAdvantages

Must Have Requirement:
– 2-4 years’ of fraud Investigation experience
– Proficient in MS word, excel & Outlook
– Proficient with analytical reviews
– General understanding of fraud controls.
– Experience within a team environmentNice to Have:
– Check fraud experience *Strong Nice to have
– Recovery experience
– Actimize or Oasis experience
– SharePoint experience
Soft Skills:
– Strong sense of urgency
– Able to make timely, fact based decisions and act on these immediately for solutioning
– Strong verbal and written skills are necessary
– Adaptable
– Strong time management and prioritization skills are absolutely required
