Do you have experience in a call center or other high-volume customer service setting?If you answered yes, we have the perfect role for you!We are currently seeking Bilingual Customer Service Coordinators to join our team in Ottawa!In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service to customers over the phone and via email, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.***Must be located in Ottawa or Gatineau to apply***Advantages

– Monday-Friday, WEEKENDS OFF !
– Work hours from 8am-8pm

– Team oriented environment !Responsibilities
– Provide relocation policy advice to customers through scheduled planning sessions
– Inbound & outbound calls, minimum 30 mins planning sessions
– Assist clients with solving complex problems
– Review files and make suggestions for future claims or projects
– Record detailed notes for each planning session in profiles for future review
– Effectively manage your time while working in a fast-paced environmentQualifications
– Bilingual French and English is mandatory
– Must have customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment)
– Background in relocation services is considered an asset
– High attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
– Strong problem solving skills
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Strong organizational skills
– Must be able to obtain a government security clearance (reliability)Summary
