Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Professional to join our client.Contract Dates: 6 months with potential to extend
Pay Range: $24 to $25 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)Job Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls for 7 hours. Requests, which vary in complexity, come from internal or external clients.
• Following up on group insurance plan files.
• Monthly coaching with their leader; Weekly micro learning, role specific.
• Opportunity for in person collaboration (asking questions, communicating with colleagues, call debrief, call shadowing)

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Bilingual – fully bilingual in French and English (read/write/speak in French/English)
• 5-7 years of customer service-related experience
• Previous customer service experience in an information center, retail environment, or service sector
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Tech Savvy, experience with Microsoft apps (Teams, Outlook, etc.)
