Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Professional to join our client.Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Range: $24 to $25.03 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)Job Responsibilities:

• Process telephone inquiries, conduct research and resolve requests promptly
• Handle sensitive situations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide detailed written and oral communications to business units regarding the resolution of inquiries
• Determine client needs, clarify information, research each issue and propose solutions or alternatives
• Build lasting relationships and listen to customers by going above and beyond
• Achieve qualitative and quantitative personal and team objectives

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Bilingual (French & English) is required – The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec
• 1-2 years previous customer service experience in a contact center, retail environment or service industry
• Exceptional technical capabilities – your research skills and your attention to detail is always a priority
