– $50,500 Annual Salary
– Full time, Permanent position
– Hybrid Workstyle ( 4 days at home and 1 day in office located in downtown Montreal )
– Paid 4-6 weeks of training, followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship
– 3 weeks of Paid Vacation & 3 Paid Personal days
– Monday – Friday scheduling – Weekends off !

-Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
-Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.Qualifications
– Strong English and French communication skills ( Mandatory)
– Must be able to pass The Federal Government’s Enhanced Security Screening
– Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time. ( Multitasking )
– Strong Problem Solving skills
– Customer Service experience or Call Center Experience Required
– Able to work under pressure
– High School Diploma RequiredSummary
