Shift: Regular Busienss Hours and Hybrid (Mandatory 2 days in office – Wed .and Thurs.)
Salary: Competitive salary of $27.00 per hour
Location: Downtown Toronto (by union station)

-Be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, addressing concerns in both English and French
-Display empathy and problem-solving skills as you assist customers with their prepaid visa card issues
-Champion customer satisfaction by actively listening and providing solutions
-Utilize your technical savvy to effectively manage customer inquiries
-Ensure timely and professional responses to all customer emails, enhancing the overall customer experienceQualifications
-Demonstrate fluency in both English and French
-Bring your call center experience to the table and excel in this role
