We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients diverse clientele, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and French will be essential in fostering positive relationships with customers and enhancing their overall experience.Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, in both English and French.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
- Must be extremely proficient with processing emails, telephone orders, obtain pricing and ensure product availability
- Must be able to translate kgs and lbs, weight and prices CAD to USF TSCA, Customs papers
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and update account information.
- Act as a liaison between customers, product managers and sales team.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. Co-ordinate special arrangements with warehouse personnel at different locations.
- Some administrative duties for back up purposes, process return requests, debits and credits
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
- 3-5 years experience in a customer service environment
- Proficiency in French is required; both written and spoken
- proficient with MS Office and working knowledge of of order entry systems would be an asset
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions to customers.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining accurate records.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- This role is best suited for someone who is able to multitask at a very high level
