Do you love to plan and have strong organizational skills? Do you have experience working in a call center or other high volume customer service role? Are you looking for an opportunity for development and growth? Then we might just have the role you’ve been looking for!We are looking for Bilingual Customer Service Coordinators to work in the heart of Ottawa, just west of downtown. You’ll be responsible for providing world class customer service to callers over the phone and via email! This Ottawa office is a great space to work and we know you’ll love it here!Please note that you must be in Ottawa to be eligible for this role!Advantages

  • $20 – $22 / hour
  • Monday-Friday work week
  • Must be available during hours of work between 8am-8pm
  • Accessible by public transit (parking not available)
  • Great location close to restaurants and café’s
  • Team oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide relocation policy advice to customers through scheduled planning sessions
  • Take and make calls in a tactful manner – hold 30 mins planning session calls
  • Assist clients with solving complex problems
  • Review files and make suggestions for future claims or projects
  • Record detailed notes for each planning session in profiles for future review
  • Effectively manage your time while working in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Bilingual French and English is mandatory
  • Must have customer service experience (preferably in a call centre environment)
  • Background in relocation services is considered an asset
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Love problem solving
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to obtain a government security clearance (reliability)
