We are currently hiring Bilingual Contact Centre Agents to join our team in Ottawa!Are you looking for a job that has a meaningful impact helping members who serve our country with their moving/relocation needs?Are you a Customer Service Expert and interested in working in a company closely aligned with the Federal Government of Canada?If so, this opportunity is for you!In this role, you’ll provide excellent customer service to members over the phone and via email, ensuring their needs are handled with care and professionalism.Advantages
-$20.50 / hour
-Monday-Friday, WEEKENDS OFF !
– Paid training with fixed schedule ( 3 weeks )
– Schedule is released 2 weeks in advance for a month at a time
– Hours of work between 8am-8pm

– Respond to inbound calls, emails and chats
– First point of contact for members by effectively handling their inquiries and issues
– Provide sound advice and suggestions based on policies/directive
– Take ownership of the call and ensuring member satisfaction, which is at the core of every decisionQualifications
– Bilingual French and English is mandatory
– Call center experience
– Strong phone and verbal communication skills
– Customer focused
– Familiar with CRM systems
– Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
– Must be eligible to obtain a government security clearance (Reliability)Summary
