Responsibilities
– Handle a high volume of inbound calls.
– Taking customer donations and processing it
– Empathize with the callers and provide them with an exceptional customer service
-Updating databases and accurately entering all the information
– Attention to detail and accuracy is important
– Assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may haveQualifications

  • Must be tech-savvy and working with different computer softwares
  • Must be able to multitask in a changing environment
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check (We will pay for the check!)
  • Customer service experience is required
  • Previous contact center experience is an asset
