Days of Operation: Monday to Friday
Hours of Operation: Availability for 8:30am – 5pm shift OR 10:30am – 7pm shift
Salary: $25/hour

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will encompass:-Delivering top-tier customer service via phone
-Responding to inbound customer inquiries
-Conducting outbound calls for follow-up purposes
– Assist customers with troubleshooting, promotions, and complaints
-Guiding customers through the application process
-Upholding company policies and standardsQualifications
To excel in this Bilingual Customer Service Representative role, you possess the following qualifications:-Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment OR a financial services company
-Prior experience in financial customer service (preferred)
-Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
-Experience with IVR systems an asset
-Ability to work on multiple systems at one time
– High attention to detail
– Quiet office space free from distractionsSummary
