Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST – Remote (must reside in Ontario)

– Provide exceptional customer service in both English and French to a vast Canadian client base.
– Manage new business, policy service, and claims while collaborating with various departments.
– Handle inbound and outbound calls, processing emails, and responding to fax requests.
– Guide families through sensitive situations, offering empathy and efficient support during difficult times.
– Proactively address and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless claims process and policy service.Qualifications
– Fluent in both official English and French, with superior reading and writing skills.
– A background in customer service or insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
– Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, with a knack for active listening and problem-solving.
– Tech-savvy with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and software.
