This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for permanent placement, offering a flexible remote work environment and a chance to make a real impact in a growing organization.Type: 6 month contact with the potential to become permanent
Pay: $24.10/ hour
Hours of Operation: Mon – Friday 12:00pm to 8:00 pm
Location: Remote (Head office is in North York)

– Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound calls, emails, and online chat.
– Handle inquiries regarding insurance claims, policy information, and general account management.
– Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions.Qualifications
– Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).
– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in call center customer service
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.Summary
