This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension or permanency offering a flexible remote work environment and a chance to make a real impact in a growing organization in Benefits administration industry.Start before the new year!
Type: 6-month contract with the potential for extension or permanency
Pay: $24.10/ hour
Availability required: Monday- Friday 10am – 8pm
Location: Remote (Head office is in North York about once per month)Advantages

– Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound calls, emails, and online chat.
– Handle inquiries regarding insurance claims, policy information, and general account management.
– Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions.
– Prompt and courteous when answering queue
– Achieve daily call centre KPI’sQualifications
– Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).
– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in call center customer service
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
– Ability to pick up new systems quickly, communicate between multiple windows
– Punctual and a multi-taskerSummary
