This is a temp to permanent, hybrid opportunity. To find out more, read below:Type: Temporary to Permanent (3 month contact)
Pay: $23/ hour
Hours of Operation: Mon – Friday 8:30 – 4:30
Location: Mississauga (Matheson Blvd E & Explorer Dr)
Hybrid: 3 days in office

– Answer all inbound calls from customers and emails in a timely and professional manner
– Ensure all updates and information and inputted into SAP accurately
– Monitor tickets to ensure all customers are left satisfied
– Review customer accounts to ensure you are providing the best service possible
– Deal with all calls on a First Contact Resolution, if needed, passing along to the triage team
– Perform other duties as necessaryQualifications
– Customer Service and/or call center experience is a must
– Bilingualism in English and French
– SAP experience is an asset
– Strong typing
– Excel skills
– Team player, motivated, outgoing personalitySummary
