Workforce Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bilingual HR Advisor on behalf of our client, a reputable organization in Sudbury, Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your bilingual HR and recruitment expertise in a professional, fast-paced environment on a temporary basis, with potential for extension based on performance and organizational needs.Why Apply?Competitive pay rate starting at $30/hourImmediate start date availableWork in a dynamic and collaborative environmentMake an impact through talent acquisition and HR supportResponsibilities:Provide day-to-day HR support, including recruitment, job evaluations, disability/leave management, and return-to-work planningInterpret and apply collective agreements, employment legislation, and internal policies to guide managers and staffLead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, candidate assessments, and hiring recommendationsCollaborate with managers, unions, and internal teams (payroll, finance) to ensure alignment on contracts, job classifications, and employment changesPromote and maintain positive employee and labour relations within a unionized environmentRecommend and implement process improvements to enhance HR service delivery and ensure complianceMaintain accurate HR documentation, update internal platforms, and support reporting and administrative functionsRequirements:Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written) – requiredPost-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field2–3 years of HR experience in a unionized environmentKnowledge of Ontario employment legislation and HR best practicesStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsProficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, HRIS, and applicant tracking systemsJob evaluation and disability management experience is an assetPay Rate: Starting at $30/hourSchedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 4:30 pm) – OnsiteContract Type: Temporary (with potential for extension)We thank all applicants for their interest.
