Provide day-to-day client services for recruitment, job evaluation, and leave accommodation.
Ensure adherence to collective agreements, legislation, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies.
Manage short-term disability leaves, creating comprehensive return-to-work plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain and update HR information systems with accurate and up-to-date data.
Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports, leveraging technology to generate insights and facilitate decision-making.
Requirements:
Fluency in French is essential.
Proven experience in providing client services in HR, with a focus on recruitment, job evaluation, and leave accommodation.
Strong understanding of HR standards, collective agreements, and relevant legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and fostering positive relationships.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in HR information systems and software, with experience in generating reports and analyzing data.
Additional Details:
Start Date: Immediate
Pay Rate: $30-$35 per hour (commensurate with prior experience)
Duration: Temporary, with the potential for extension based on performance and organizational needs.
