• Translating business requirements into detailed specifications
• Participates in the high-level design solution and estimation process
• Designs the solution for the software product in line with solution architecture and technical roadmap
• Work closely with the development team to define the functional specifications and system modifications required to meet objectives (including non-functional requirements)
• Provide technical support and leadership in the event of escalation of incidents or service interruptions to ensure that they are resolved effectively
• Designs intuitive solutions that add value to users
• Has the ability to breakdown development items into small increments that benefit users in collaboration with Software Product Owner (SPO)
• Has the ability to produce documentation for user community (such as release notes)
• Ability to document designs within allotted timeframes
• Works with Developers and QA to ensure that the detailed design is fully understood, and the development initiatives are in line with design
• Supports delivery teams (dev and QA) to ensure quality deliveries

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business analysis, administration, actuarial mathematics, or another relevant field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis
• Fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing
• Have a very good capacity of synthesis and great ease in understanding, systematizing, and popularizing technical concepts
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to understand and use common computer technologies
• Agile mindset and methodology knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with CRM solutions
