Job DescriptionBilingual Payroll Support Specialist (6-Month Contract) – Moncton, NBWe’re seeking a Bilingual Payroll Support Specialist for a 6-month contract role within healthcare in Moncton, NB. This position will support employees using Kronos Workforce Central, ensuring smooth operations while the organization upgrades to UKG Pro.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist users with scheduling, time tracking, and employee self-service tools in Kronos.
• Perform manual employee profile updates as needed.
• Provide training and ongoing support to users, bridging communication between HR, payroll, IT, and system administrators.

What You Bring:

• Fluent bilingualism (French & English) is essential – spoken, reading, and writing.
• Education in administration (college/university) or equivalent experience.
• 2 years’ experience in staffing and timecard preparation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced computer proficiency (Microsoft, HR/staffing software).
• Ability to train and support users with clear, simple communication.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks under deadlines.
• Knowledge of collective agreements and experience in unionized environments is an asset.
