Purpose

Leads the Visualization & Analytics area as Sr Manager. Ensures that the objectives, plans, and initiatives for data analysis in GCM and Corporate Banking are met and aligned with regional strategies and business goals. Ensures that all activities carried out are in compliance with current internal regulations, policies, and procedures, and leverages Salesforce as the single source of truth to generate regional reporting that enables the business to make better, data-driven decisions.-

What You’ll Do:

  • Contributes to the implementation of data analysis projects for GCM and Corporate Banking designed at local, regional, and global levels in the region.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of regional dashboards, establishing salesforce as the single source of truth.
  • Lead initiatives in statistical analysis and machine learning to address business challenges
  • Establishes relationships with relevant support or business areas, with the aim of successfully completing projects.
  • Relates databases and builds analysis tools to provide intelligence, focused on supporting business areas and decision-making.
  • In cooperation with teams at the regional and global level, evaluates the quality of the available data and designs strategies for its maintenance and improvement.
  • Collaborates on existing data analysis projects in other areas and departments, with the intention of improving and promoting a data culture.
  • Implementation of projects in local and regional areas / support for GCM and Corporate Banking Business areas / cooperation with the Data Office and CIA Team in Toronto.
  • Diversity of data sources: GCM systems, Corporate Banking systems, Bank databases, external databases, and generate the necessary reports and controls to ensure Salesforce is reconciled with all these systems
  • Analysis of GCM and Corporate Banking data: clients, volumes, profit; by product, business segment, region, etc.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in the financial sector and knowledge of financial products.
  • Experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI.
  • General understanding of relevant information security policies.
  • Experience in machine learning (preferred)
