We are seeking a Billingual Supply Chain Analyst who will support the commercial sales organization across multiple divisions. Manage aspects of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Reverse Logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Hologic processes.

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders.

• Monitor inventory levels and create requisitions.

• Coordinate logistics with warehouses and carriers.

• Maintain inventory above safety stock levels.

• Address excess and obsolete stocks.

• Handle customs clearance and logistical delays.

• Manage 3PL receipt inquiries and inventory adjustments.

• Collaborate with the Senior Supply Chain Analyst for demand planning updates.

• Process customer and field service returns.

• Review and address order backlog issues.

• Perform other logistics functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.

• College Degree, Technical Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Excellent attention to detail and learning agility.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Experience in redlining and technical competencies.

• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Initiative and sound judgment in various situations.
