Continually seek to understand how each functional role contributes to the success of the business, by working closely with hiring managers to comprehend the desired performance outcomes. Develop performance profiles to be used during the hiring process, enabling the team to make effective, straightforward, and practical hiring decisions. Increase awareness on the importance of inclusivity and ensure presentation of qualified candidates.

  • Leverage internal and external talent data and analytics to advise and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Implement effective recruiting strategies and processes to ensure a high level of service delivery and ultimately improve client service delivery feedback.
  • Continually build a talent pipeline to solve future business needs with a focus on specific patterns of performance to identify candidates who will deliver high quality performance and results.
  • Ensure regular updates to leadership on progress and outcomes.

As a vital member of the recruitment team, you will work with business leaders and be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing highly qualified individuals who will contribute to the firm’s continued growth and success.Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience required
  • Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to identify and attract candidates for niche positions
  • Proficiency in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, compliance and an excellent internal client and candidate experience
  • Excellent consultative and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within large / matrixed organizations considered a strong asset
  • Knowledge and experience with behavioral interviewing and other assessment techniques
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • French / English bilingualism required due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally”.
  • Ability to manage internal client relationships and expectations
  • Knowledge of ATS and CRM platforms
  • Broad HR consultation and outsourcing industry knowledge
  • Desire to learn and display Aon’s values including acting with integrity and displaying commitment to our clients, colleagues and community
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
