Robert Half Management Resources in Ottawa, Ontario is partnering with a client seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis in Arnprior, Ontario. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that align with organizational goals. Your expertise in CRM systems, third-party integrations, and automation will be critical to driving efficiency and innovation.Responsibilities:-Conduct detailed gap analyses to identify areas for business process improvement and recommend actionable solutions-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives-Manage third-party integrations, including working with sourcing platforms such as Indeed-Utilize Dynamics and 365 to streamline workflows and enhance system functionality-Perform data analysis using tools like Excel to support decision-making processes-Develop and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs) to guide project implementation-Facilitate Agile Scrum practices to ensure efficient project delivery and team collaboration-Oversee automation initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce manual processes-Leverage Atlassian Jira to track project progress and manage tasks effectively-Conduct AB testing to evaluate and refine business strategies and solutionsQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar roleProficiency in CRM systems, including Dynamics and related platformsStrong knowledge of tools such as Excel, Word, and Atlassian JiraExperience with business process functions, gap analysis, and requirement documentationFamiliarity with ERP systems, including Great Plains DynamicsUnderstanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and their practical applicationAbility to manage third-party integrations and automation initiativesExcellent analytical and communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectivelyIf this position interests you and you have the necessary qualifications, please do not hesitate and apply online today!Job Reference Number: 0013210821Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
