This industry-leading aerospace in Ville Saint-Laurent is looking for Business Analyst IIA Senior Digital Business Analyst leads efforts to bridge business and technology, driving key initiatives, delivering significant value. Leveraging their domain knowledge and experience, they conduct advanced research, understand complex business domains, and document needs and requirements. They facilitate high-level discovery workshops, build trust with key stakeholders, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Their role includes analyzing processes, identifying complex problems, and leading cross-functional collaborations to define and prioritize actions to achieve goals.Additional information:

TBDResponsibilities
Lead comprehensive discovery workshops, effectively conduct research to obtain and document software development practices and processes with a complex scope.
Research, document, and understand current processes and help identify and prioritize issues and improvement opportunities.
Proactively provide solution recommendations and drive alignment of future state definition. Document future process flows ensuring they are aligned with business needs.
Translate high-level needs into detailed requirements for architects, technical leads and development teams.
Ensure that the organizational context, needs and requirements, proposed solutions and risks as well as impacts and dependencies are well defined and understood by all stakeholders.Qualifications
