Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with experience in End User Computing (EUC) to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our EUC Governance Program and ensuring the effective use of EUC tools across the organization. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units, technology teams, and management to develop and maintain business and IT requirements documents.

• Support the EUC Governance Program by identifying EUC tools, conducting risk and control assessments, and consulting on the design and execution of controls.

• Participate in the system development lifecycle, including testing, implementation, training, and documentation.

• Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams to resolve application functionality and technical issues.

• Provide assistance and advice to business users on the effective use of EUC tools.

• Design and create queries and reports using SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools.

• Create and maintain procedures and documentation, including workflows and diagrams.

• Manage activities related to EUC tools and support team testing to ensure adherence to EUC policy.

• Assist in responding to audit-related inquiries regarding EUC tools.

• Work with EUC Owners, EUC Developers, and other stakeholders to comply with EUC Policy and Standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of business analyst experience in banking/financial services.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

• Experience with EUC tools and projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 – $125000.00
