Location: Calgary, AlbertaWhat you will be doing:Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.System Analysis: Analyse and interpret business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement within the ERP Applications environment.Testing and Validation: Develop test cases, perform system testing, and validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and function correctly.Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for ERP-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and work with technical teams to resolve them.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation on system changes, processes, and enhancements for stakeholders.What you must have:Experience: 3+ years as a Business Analyst, working with senior stakeholders and helping bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Consulting company background is a nice to have but not required.ERP/Systems Expertise: Experience in industrial ERP systems or similar enterprise software systems (open to anything in the industrial, manufacturing sectors preferably, energy is possible as well).Technical Writing: Experienced in writing operating procedures, manuals, some training documents.Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex ideas into actionable plans.Team Collaboration: Skilled in fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams and promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP, Oracle) and familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
