About the Job:We are seeking a talented Business Communications Specialist Intern to join our dynamic team and support our executive leadership and team leaders. This role will be pivotal in shaping and delivering our internal and external communications strategies, ensuring clear, effective, and consistent messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional writing skills, capable of managing multiple projects and engaging with diverse stakeholdersWhat You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and values.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to create, review, and refine communications, including speeches, presentations, and internal announcements.
  • Write, edit, and proofread various communication materials, such as emails, newsletters, reports, and press releases.
  • Facilitate effective communication between executive team leaders and team leaders, ensuring that key messages are clearly conveyed and understood.
  • Develop and execute crisis communication plans to manage and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels and materials, maintaining the integrity of the brand voice.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and continuously improve communication processes and materials.
  • Provide training and guidance to team leaders on effective communication practices.

About You:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in business communications, corporate communications, or a related role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with executive leaders and team leaders effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communication tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in crisis communication and change management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with AI and technology sectors is a plus.

  • Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you choose that this internship is for you.
