We are seeking two skilled Business Cutover Coordinators to join our Calgary client on an initial 6-month contract to manage a Day-N Integration Cutover, a critical project ensuring seamless coordination between technical and business operations. In this role, you will work closely with Business teams, Integration Champions, and TIMO Cutover Managers to oversee the alignment of cutover plans, facilitate mock cutover activities, and mitigate any potential risks. Responsibilities

• Coordinate between technical and business teams to ensure smooth execution of Day-N and mock cutover plans.
• Identify and document dependencies and alignment actions for technology and business cutover plans.
• Produce regular status reports for the Business Cutover Plan (P450B).
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential cutover challenges.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across all stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.

Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, or IT change management roles.
• Proven experience in complex cutover activities, including Post Merge Integration (PMI) and large system integration.
• Strong project management skills with expertise in MS Project and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Desired Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and enterprise IT systems.
• Experience managing contractors in high-stakes cutover activities.
• Ability to anticipate issues and develop effective contingency plans.
