Your role will be crucial in shaping the company’s success and making a lasting impact.Your TasksIn this role, you will be the first salesperson in the team, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Engagement: Schedule and conduct meetings with existing leads and potential clients across Quebec.
  • Product Presentations: Present their innovative products to doctors, practitioners, and administrative staff.
  • Sales Management: Persuade clients to adopt the company’s solutions, oversee onboarding, and provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Client Relationship: Act as a trusted advisor, managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring their success with the solutions offered.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
  • Industry Networking: Represent the company at medical conferences and other industry events to build their presence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Internal Collaboration: Advocate for clients’ needs and work with internal teams to enhance the client experience.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest clinical data and research to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.

Your ProfileOur client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant scientific field, with experience in sales.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in the healthcare sector, particularly with hospitals and clinics.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to drive sales and negotiate effectively.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build and nurture relationships.
  • Organization: Excellent at planning, managing tasks, and paying attention to detail.
  • Self-Motivation: Proactive and driven with a confident approach to tasks.
  • Clinical Data: Skilled in interpreting and presenting complex clinical information.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and capable of adjusting to evolving products and healthcare systems.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and French, with strong communication abilities in both languages.
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license is required.
