As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a vital role in growing our reach and impact. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing innovative marketing initiatives to attract potential clients.
• Conducting professional interviews with prospective clients via phone or Zoom.
• Managing follow-ups, onboarding processes, and facilitating essential training for new clients.
• Engaging in personal growth and leadership development activities to lead by example.
• Participating in global training calls and collaborating with an international team of like-minded professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Placing advertisements and building a business pipeline through social media and other platforms.
• Communicating professionally and clearly with potential clients.
• Supporting new clients during the onboarding process.
• Working independently while maintaining accountability for achieving results.
